Terms and Conditions
Final Numbers
Final numbers are to be received by A Taste of Honey no later than 3 working days prior to delivery and a reduction in numbers cannot be accepted on the day of delivery.
Payments
Payment is to be made on the day of delivery, or from 30 days of the invoice date by prior arrangement only. The following payment methods will be accepted: Cash, Cheque, most major cards or Direct Credit.
Surcharges
A surcharge of 15% will apply to the invoice total for any event conducted on a Sunday or Public Holiday, excluding staff hire.
Cancellations
Catering functions over $500.00 cannot be cancelled within 48 hours of delivery. Catering under this amount cannot be cancelled with in 24 hours of delivery. Cancellation within these timeframes will result in the full cost of the function being charged.
Price Changes
All prices are current at the time of issue and include GST. Should the need arise to alter the prices due to government charges, taxes, levies, or a substantial increase in direct costs, A Taste of Honey will endeavour to notify the organiser as soon as possible.
Breakages and Lost Items
All crockery and glassware breakage, as well as non-return of hired items, will be billed to the organiser and shall be payable in 30 days.
