Our flexible approach to catering allows our packages to be tailored to meet your needs and budget. We prepare our food on the day, from the freshest ingredients; and disdain the use of pre-packaged or defrosted foods.
Owner and manager Alan Honey has been in the hospitality industry for over 17 years, concentrating largely on food and beverage service, as well as function management. Having worked in many of Canberra’s hotels and restaurants, he has delivered just about every standard of meal, either as a waiter, chef or manager. He enjoys a good game of scrabble, a hard game of Aussie Rules, and a bottle of fine red wine. He's also a nationally ranked Croquet player, which explains the very large mallet.
Anne-Maree Pero is a qualified Chef and Pastry Chef. Her culinary skills are outstanding, and her mini Raspberry Cheesecakes are divine. She enjoys reading and sharpening her knives.
